The Dew has been screaming about Ted Cruz working as counsel for an IP appeal by Shandong Lingdong Tyre while conveniently forgetting that his own Falcon Seaboard Resources did buttloads of business with China's State Development Planning Commission (now known as the National Development and Reform Commission), State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Construction, and the State Environmental Protection Administration (now known as the Ministry of Environmental Protection).

Yet... Ted Cruz is eeeeeeeeevil for filing an appeal which a Chinese company is entitled to under American law. Whatever.
